Initial Assessment - $150

Includes a full history of your horse, a full dynamic and static assessment, assessment of your tack and equipment and a first massage.

Appointment will last between 2-2.5 hours and you need to be present for the appointment.

Body Work Session - $100

A full customized body massage session for your horse including stretches and strengthening exercises.

includes all modalities including BEMER and K-tape if required.

Massage appointments will be between 1-1.5 hours depending on your horses requirements. You are not required to be present for your horses massage but are always welcome to be in attendance.

BEMER PEMF Sessions

The BEMER is a Pulsed Electro Magnetic Frequency blanket that is designed to fit your horse and provides a multitude of benefits.

The BEMER Horse-Set has been proven to have a positive impact on your horse’s body. It strengthens your horse’s health in terms of prevention and promotes regeneration after illness. It improves suppleness during training or when preparing for competitions. It can also provide valuable support during the healing process, including recovery from muscle tension or tendon/ligament/muscle injury.

BEMER sessions are not considered as performance enhancing by as it uses the bodies own systems to increase performance using its own processes without the addition of any outside substances.

Individual BEMER session - $50

Sessions range from 15-30 minutes

Combined Bodywork and BEMER session - $100

Kinesiology Taping

Individual Taping session - $10-30

Kinesiology Taping is an excellent addition to your Bodywork Sessions. It can be used in both therapeutic and training methodologies.

Benefits to K-taping sessions include reduced reactivity, Long term muscle assist for training, muscle relaxation, long term gentle myofascial release, support for joints and injuries including SI joints and legs, spot decompression for injuries and lymphatic drainage.

I use various types of tape available on the market that has been specifically designed for horses and include both Hestaband and Equine-tape. These tapes are made to provide both support and full range of motion for horses and can be applied for various therapies.

Once applied your tape can last up to a week and can be re-applied as needed to achieve the results that will best benefit your horse. If it is an application that will need to be re-applied regularly, I will be happy to show you how to apply the taping pattern and you can purchase a roll of tape to have on hand!

The Port Lewis Saddle Fit System

Saddle fit is often a contentious issue! As a professional Bodyworker there are signs that I see when working on your horse that hint to me that your saddle may not be fitting quite right. An ill fitting saddle, regardless of the reason can cause lasting damage and behavioural issues with your horse.

Now we have an objective way to check how well the saddle fits both you and your horse! This is a perfect service for us to check your saddle between official saddle fit appointments that I am proud to be adding to our roster.

A 30 minute ride in all paces with the impression pad under the saddle will tell us if the saddle is creating excess pressure on the horses back or withers.

Port Lewis Saddle fit assessment - $50

Equiband System

The Equiband system is a fantastic way to help engage your horses muscles and help with topline and strengthening of abdominal and quadriceps muscles.

Desensitizing, fitting and initial set up - $40

Weekly rental of Equiband - $30

Barn travel charge - $20

 There is a barn travel charge for each appointment over 30 km from the Calgary city limits, however if there is more than one horse scheduled for an appointment in your barn you can opt to split this charge with other owners!

If you have more than 3 horses booked in for sessions the same day the travel charge mayl be waived.

Extra travel charges may apply for barns that are more than 30 km from my the Calgary City Limits. Please contact to discuss travel pricing to your barn.

Bodywork Session Packages

Pre-book 3 bodywork sessions and receive your fourth booked session at half price. Sessions must be booked and used in a 4 month consecutive period with appointments no more that 3 weeks apart.

Pre-book 5 bodywork sessions and receive your 6th session for free. Sessions must be booked in a 5 month consecutive period.

Refer a friend discount

Refer a friend and when they book a session you will receive $20 off your next booking!

Multiple horse discount

If you have several horses that you would like to have worked on in the same day please contact me and we can discuss setting up a group discount.

Multiple horse discount may only apply to horses that are in the same barn and set up on back to back appointments on the same day.

Show Discounts

Make sure to watch for me at the shows, I often offer discount cards and goodie bags for a discounted initial assessment. If there is room for me to set up I will also often offer a special discounted rate on services throughout the show.

4H & Pony Clubs

Free Presentations

I will provide talks and demonstrations for your Pony or 4H club at no charge! Contact me today to chat about what kind of presentation you would like. Anything from fun facts to anatomy and conformation. I would love to put together a presentation for your club and offer all those in attendance discounted rates for services!

After every appointment I will complete a detailed report of my findings with your horse. These reports will include any massage moves or exercises that I feel will be beneficial to your horse for you to perform between appointments. A copy of these reports will be sent to you via e-mail for you to keep and review.

For your initial assessment appointment I ask that you please have all of your equipment and tack available as well as be prepared to ride if needed.
